How we handle your information.

Short and plain, because we don't collect much.

What we collect

Our quote form doesn't send anything to us directly. When you press send, it opens your own email app with your message filled in. We only receive what you choose to send from there.

That's usually:

• your name and email address
• your company name and team size, if you add them
• what you tell us about what you'd like the AI to do

How we use it

We use it to reply to you, prepare your quote and, if you become a client, do the work. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to mailing lists.

Where it's kept

Your emails stay in our business email account for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry or work with you, and for any period the law requires us to keep business records.

Your documents

When we set up a box for you, your documents stay on your hardware. We only access them to do the work you've asked for, with your permission.

Your choices

You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we're required to keep it. Just email us.
